You should try digging around in the Mac section of this forum. Try searching on "Sync" and "import contacts."
On the PC side the easiest way to do this would be to Sync to Outlook from the Palm and then to the BB from Outlook. Pretty straightforward. I'm sure you can do this thru some Mac app too.
