Sorry if this is a daft question but here goes.. We recently bought some 7290's and a copy of BES. I installed BES with Exchange and did a wireless activation. We also do all the syncing of the apps via wireless. I've only ever installed software over the air. The BB's came preloaded with OS4. I put the supplied cradles in a box and guessed I'd never need them....

However, I want a password program and was about to try out cryptmagic and a few others. I then noticed OS4 comes with password keeper but it is not on my phone. I think I need to to use something called application loader and the blackberry desktop software to install it. Did it come on the CD that came with the phone? I guess the only way to get it onto my phone is via the cradle? Will pluging in the cradle to the pc make the BB sync with outlook automatically? Just I really just want to keep the sync wireless....

I also asume I can do a backup of the BB if I connect the cradle?
