I spent 2 hours on the phone with MailStreet...they added the .cod and .alx files and made all the necessary changes to the BES policies that they understood needed to be made and still no joy...we deleted and pushed new service books etc. and I still get the error message when I try and type on the keyboard.

It still says Deny for Keystroke Injection for all modules. MailStreet has sent an email off to Paul at Freedom to see if he can be of any help.
