You could go to Sprint and get F__D in customer service. Seriously, I just spoke with someone the other day and was complaining about my GPS not working. They laughed and said they'd gladly swap phones with me if I could get their billing/customer service problems solved. I guess the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Honestly, first hand experience I'd say T-Mobile is the best when it comes to customer service because every time I call them they are on the ball. Only sucky part... yep, their network coverage sucks. Bummo.
