Maybe if enough corporate contacts start to complain to VZN, they will respond. Surely the individual complainers don't outnumber the ignorant masses who gladly pony up the $10/mo for VZNavigator. Maybe, at a minimum, more corporate accounts can negotiate inclusion of VZNavigator in their corporate plan at reduced cost.
