I get my first BB without the Data Plan and installed the Opera Mini and works excelent... but the problem is that anytime I try donwload any application to installa it redirects to the BB Browser and appears this message...
Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries.
Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device"

I need set something on the phone or is Sprint data plan required.

Also the links in the messages goes to the BB Browser some way to redirect to Opera Mini.
