Really. I have no reason to doubt what my AT&T rep is telling me under NDA. They've been straight up with me for the last 5 years, you think he wants to PO a customer who has 6000 some BB's and is adding 150 a month?

I agree with your statements. Sometimes it's hard to show 'proof' of something. Being in a similar situation as you, there's a lot more I could divulge but don't. Anyhow, I believe you, FWIW.
