Well, when entering my password it is as simple as hitting a button once or twice depending on the letter and hitting shift for numbers plus I can see what is on the screen before it turns to *.

Regardless, I used your method of copy/paste from an email and the same result happens. The password incorrect prompt occurs so fast after sending that I find it hard to believe it even tries sending it.

Any other suggestions?
