I think that's for the residential Rogers Hi-Speed service, not mobile. It is always broken, but when it did work it was only for the residential Internet service not wireless. I don't think Rogers has ever provided data usage other than the monthly bill, IIRC. I had even called in to see how close I was, and they said they had no way to check. Just like Rogers to keep you in the dark and surprise you at the end of the month. I've been getting very close to my 25MB since I got my Curve and have no way to tell until I see my bill.
