Default SRP number question

Hello I am kinda new to the forums but I was wondering if you guys can answer this question for me please.

Our evaluation period for our BES ended and so we purchased another 90 day trial to test it out furthur. My problem is that none of the services won't start after I input the new SRP number. Is there any specific that I must do to re-activate the BES?
