I have this problem... Sprint configured my 8830 wrong. I'm trying to straighten it out now. I'm supposed to be on the SERO with non-BB data plus the $40 all you can eat BB data plan. Only the SERO was provisioned. They left the BB off entirely -- kind of defeats the purpose imo. The SERO/BB combo requires a specific order in their computer to get it right and they didn't do it. To top it off, I didn't get the unlimited text messaging either... My 2nd go around with Sprint. I haven't been impressed either time.
