I just received this keyboard, and cannot seem to get any tech support from Freedom. First it thought I had a BES set up (I did not); now it won't connect at all, and the folks at Freedom refuse to respond; to top it off, the hyperlink in the canned acknowledgement didn't work. I have to return it inside my 14-day return window (fast approaching). Who do you talk to at Freedom?
