I just bought a BB and upgraded to the new 4.2 OS. It is a cingular phone, confirmed unlocked w/o any IT restrictions. I turn on the phone and it just shows the hourglass symbol rotating. is this normal (if so, how long should it take) or do i need to wipe with jcl and start over? the update succeeded and this only happened when the phone restarted.
