- The 8800 supports any Outlook category you can come up with and will be synched via Desktop Manager.
- I don't have an answer to the "1 ring per category" thing. Not sure if it will handle that.
- No need to do it with Excel. Outlook will sync directly with BB via Desktop Manager software.
