Default CALL WAITING situation on 8830

I have noticed when on my 8830 and a call waiting rings through, the caller ID of the call waiting call stay on the screen even after that call is terminated!!!!
In addition there has been situations where one of the calls on hold will never disconnect!!

Anyone else have these problem/s???
