I believe they have since launched an intranet-hosted solution, but I have not heard if we were going to test it or not. I have someone's business card there, if you want a more direct contact than an 800-number (if you don't have one already).
Thanks for the response. I had the same concerns about data sensitivity. I do have a card somewhere from what i believe is the CEO. Met him at a conference recently. I guess its a monthly licensing fee that they charge, which is also a bit of a turn-off.
