I have spent hours on this today and yesterday:

When I try to configure sync I get a message as follows:

The file or database name associated with Microsoft outlook is either missing of points to a file of zero length.

It suggests using the browse button - but the data entry field for the file name is greyed out and pressing browse has no effect.

I can see that others have had this problem and I have tried each of the solutions I found to no avail. BDS has been uninstalled and reinstalled several times
