.jad and .cod files are supposed to be for an OTA install, but it does not appear to be configured properly -- one of the .cod files referenced by the .jad does not exist. Multiple .cod files is common -- you just don't normally see the entire directory -- normally, the OTA link just points to the .jad file, which references the appropriate .cod file(s).
