Default Getting Spring to be helpful

That phone call was going to be my last ditch effort with Sprint before chucking them, he saved their continued business with me.
I am waiting on hold with Sprint and have yet to find a (or maybe, the) helpful person. Can you please let me know the name of this person, so that I can ask for him when I call?
