Thanks for the response. I followed your steps word for word, every permission is set to allow, and when I deactivated and then reactivated....it said activating profile....done. But, the profile never switched...just the profile selection window popped up and stayed up. I have left the keyboard unlocked through numerous attempts and I don't ever holster (don't even have one).
