This part really gets to me. He has a great product but if you want people to "test" it for you, you need to be/come around to monitor and respond to issues. Maybe not here but atleast through your email acct listed on your site. I am not trying to rip on him but I have seen lots of bad press basically because he doesn't come around.

I just purchased the B&W but this beta has good ideas and functions but do not work on my BB.

Has anyone that is a registered user been able to contact him and get a response?
