Can anyone tell me how to shut this Plantronics 665 off ???

I got it off ebay and I didn't get more then a quick start guide
that breaks down the LED flashing indicators.....I turned it on
and couldn't get my BB 8703e into discovery mode fast enough.

I've tried about 12 times to get it to pair and it won't pair...it's aggravatin.
How do I shut this Plantronics 665 off to turn it back on into pairing mode ???

So far I've held down the call button for longer then 10 seconds.....it won't shutoff
I've also put it back in the charger thinking it would go off......no go there either....stays on once you uncradle it.
