Yes, we are on BES (not that I know what that means...). I will ask the help center if we use firmware 4.0. The addresses I'm discussing are actually physical addresses, not just e-mail addresses. My boss uses the Blackberry as a contacts database, in addition to using the Blackberry for e-mail.
