Yes, it's their server. Download the ZIP file from the website, unzip it onto a machine you have that does OTA (*), and it installs just fine. I'm about to start configuring away (gotta dig up all that info)...

It just so happens that I do have an Apache server running that I control. I followed the instructions on that link. One question I have is that once unzipped into the directory with the appropriate htaccess, which COD file do I select? There are several of them.
