Hello Everyone. My name is Jake and I've just joined this community. So far, I'm liking the info. I personally am having an issue and it seems to be spreading to other users in my Company.

Our BB's function correctly except for one thing.... they can't send emails. The only way I can send something out is by doing a meeting invite. That's it. If I try to send or reply to anything I get the nice red X. Message status also states that "Desktop Email program unable to submit message". Now I've not even used my desktop software for this Blackberry so I'm not sure where that is coming from. I am on a BES. My BB is an 8703e and my carrier is Sprint.

Any input would be great! I will continue to use google, etc to see what else I can come up with, but I figured the BlackBerry Forums would be a good place to start.
