It would be nice if we could get one of those people listed to subscribe to the mail list to notify people when they are down. I can't believe that with all the help desk people taking all the calls that they can't subscribe and post when they see or know of an outage affecting their network, seems to me that would cut down on some call volume.

Guess that makes too much sense for them.
