My first 8320 (Mexico) was making a crick on the right by the camera button, and the keypad seemed to be moving an excessive amount. I returned to tmobile for a replacement. The new device (also from Mex.) seems much more solidly built and the keypad moves a LOT less. I wasn't taking any chances that the dust problem would surface after the 30 day return period ran out. I'm very happy with the build quality of the newer device.
