If a company supports "real" blackberry's thru BES, does that mean they also support Blackberry Connect on windows mobile?

Does the company even know that the device is not a RIM device?

The long and short of it - Can I replace my BB with the new AT&T Tilt running BB Connect without my company caring/complaining/knowing? (it's a personally owned BB)
