I have to agree with those that expressed concerns over a touch-keyboard as opposed to a tactile one. Part of the reason I disliked the iPhone was the touch-keyboard. It is very inaccurate and not conducive to fast typing with thumbs--rather, it required you to tap with your index finger, which on long emails tends to be too awkward (and awkward looking!).

I think the best improvements would be upping the camera mp's, and most of all, revamping or streamlining the OS with more function. Maybe a larger screen and a more IE-true explorer experience.
