hi
when a user browses any website using the blackberry browser on 7100g handheld, http error 403 comes up says u r not authorize to view this page

i have got 10 accounts integrated in that 9 user's are able to browse internet without error..

i hv re-enabled MDS for that particular user but nothing happens

dun no what to do

any help would be appreciated..
