I, too, have been watching these 8310 release rumor threads for a couple of weeks in anticipation of the release. I am six months away from my contract expiring, but my AT&T Corp Rep agreed to override my contract and sell me the 8310 at the same price as new customers. I have been told that as soon as they arrive, he will be calling me. Therefore, letstalk.com and amazon.com are not options, and I will continue to monitor these posts for more information.
