What I've been agitating for is native html email support from RIM as an option, perhaps in a future OS release. Companies could include a "no html email" line in their IT policies if they wanted, individual users could turn it on (off by defaut) if they so choose, and everyone can make up their own minds about security/amount of data/desire for html formatting. Everyone wins!
