Oh I wish this were the case ... but then I'd be less valuable to my company at least. Best place to start is to download the BRK and run through its user guide ... and then to run some of the tools included. Then, I'd step through some of the log files and search for the codes listed there in the BTSC.

I've been trying to get something like this from RIM, but they ain't giving it up.
