Hi All

The user has a Blackberry 8800 and can recieve emails fine on the device, send find etc but when they delete from the handheld it wont delete from Outlook. I have paired the device up with another user and everythings works fine. Also if I use the BESAdmin account to browse the users inbox I have the necessary rights to delete etc.

Any ideas?
