I'll give it a shot - as its out of warranty and Cingular's only option (its former a ATT device) is to sell me their newest BB & force me to sign for their phone/data plan which is $15/month more than I pay now as an ATT user! Real helpful.

The guys at RIM were the most helpful - sending me the Javaloader to try, but feeling its a mechanical issue. RIM will fix it if I want, but they need to have it 7-10 days (no transship of a a rebuilt). So my final answer may be to buy a used 7210 on eBay, then have this one fixed as a spare. Cheaper than giving Cingular $300 plus $15/more/month!
