On my office desktop, running XP, why does this happen:

When I plug in my BB 8310 in mass storage mode it is immediately assigned and recognized as removeable disk E:. While plugged in, no USB flash drive will be recognized via any of my other USB ports.

Even after removal of the BB, the USB ports do not allow the flash drives to be recognized.

If I restart the PC, all is back to normal and flash drives are recognized, UNTIL I again hook up the BB.

Is there a setting somewhere? Why is this happening? Thanks.
