The Blackberry helpdesk that supports my company's use of the phone said that by hooking up to the desktop manager that it would break the wireless connection used to sync my phone and the BES. If that's broken, than I'd have to obtain another activation code and that could be a problem.

So, are they just telling me that to make sure I don't download music?
