Yes, you can have your emails display the correct "reply to" email adress.
Go to your Verion BIS webiste where your BB email is setup, and in the reply address, put your corporate email address.

I don't know if you can setup your email direct through BIS, your IT person should know, and they say no. Even with BIS, though, you can not reconcile your email (such as deleting in outlook) you mail such as you desire.
