I have several clients setup with BIS and Exchange and it works just fine. With the next BIS upgrade RIM is preparing even 2-way wireless reconsile will work so I'm siked about that. You'll still have to usb cable sync the calendar and contacts, but that's not a big deal. Just sync in the morning or afternoon if you're a busy-bee type person with a lot of changes to your calendar.

I just did this. I can't believe how easy it was. I had to use the URL for our exchange server but that did the trick. I am about 30 minutes into this and the emails are coming about 15 minutes behind the actual send time. Will this improve or is this as good as it gets? If so I'll keep getting them forwarded to the vzw that way it's instant. Actually faster than outlook. By the way, thanks for the help.
