Basically, everything you posted is wrong.

You really should visit blackberry.com and read up on what BES is. and how it works. You might even call them and ask to speak to a pre-sales engineer to discuss this. Sounds like you're in way over your head here.

Forget Google for now. You need a more focused plan for educating yourself.
