I'm gonna try unchecking the Exchanged Cache Mode on the Outlook Client...

I'm in test mode, so I need to work out the kinks for users...

I've set mine to prompt and mailbox wins...

Like I said, this user deleted from his handheld, got to work, saw the email just sitting there in his in box...
