First of all I have to say I LOVE YOU GUYS! I just recently purchased my Blackberry, and the support of this site is outstanding.

In my browsing I found that the Freedom Keyboard I had purchased for my Samsung Q1 would also work on my Blackberry. There is a new 'unlock' process that I couldn't get to work. I emailed customer support, and within 20 minutes they had resolved my issue. I was so impressed with their customer service, that I had to add this comment to the review to fully endorse the Freedom Keyboard mfg!
