BINGO!!! I actually found an elegant way. I exported my Contacts in Excel format, and then started sorting through them. Based on monkeypaw's experience with the Mr. in salutation, I started there and I found one contact where the name had somehow wound up in the Title field, leaving the First, Last AND Company name fields BLANK!
