I have not seen a keymapping chart, but that as you stated works for me, and always has on like 4 BBs. I know it works on the 8320 as well.

In a text box, like an email, press the C key and roll the trackball. You'll get several choices as your scroll...c, C, © and Ç.

What do you have your Language Input set as: Options > Screen/Keyboard?
