I recently tried to sync my BB Pearl to my Mac and PocketMac gives me an error (unable to connect to BB (error 1)) and doesn't recognize that there's a device plugged in. I don't know if this is related at all to Leopard, however no matter what I try doing (including but not limited to reinstalling the software - twice, restarting, consulting forums, etc etc.

Any ideas of what I can do?

Just to give you a couple more specifics, I am running on a MacBook Pro and connecting through USB.
