Unfortunately it seems the 8120 is only the 8130 with wifi.

If we are to trust this:
BlackBerry 8120 lands in the UK | BlackBerry Cool

the 8120 doesn't get 3G and GPS. Except if wifi is a must for you, not much of an interest to upgrade from the 8100 then.
