I just tried updating my 8300. It gave me a fatal error. It appears as though the USB connection dropped while the upgrade was happening. The phone now has a blank screen and the LED is flashing red. I tried the JL-CMDR program. It would not connect to the device to wipe it. The desktop Manager also cannot connect to it.

Any clues? I appreciate the help.
