Anyone else noticing some interference from their phone and various other electronic devices?

I've found that, for example whenever I watch Fox or ESPN on my cable system and get an email or phone call it disrupts the signal but only on those two channels

and occasionally it messes with the stereo and makes a buzzing sound whenever a call or email comes through.

anyone else having this, or have any suggestions on ways to avoid it?
