Cannot get new Curve 8320 to Sync. Please Login to Remove! Have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled Blackberry Desktop Manager about 4 times.
Every time I try to sync., none of the buttons on Desktop manager (Sync, Media manager, Backup, etc) are highlighted.
If I wait until it is booted before I connect the Curve to the PC, it will sometimes highlight a button.
However, any attempt to sync. results in a message pop-up which says something like: "no applications are found to synchronize on this device".Never had any problem with my earlier Pearl.
Any fix here? |
