When using the Lookup just sits there at [Looking up: Persons Name] and does nothing. I let it sit there for nearly 2 hours and never changed or generated a error on the blackberry device itself.

I did resend the IT policy and Service book last night after I noticed this problem on my blackberry. I am trying to soft reset now.
